FAQ's

If you still have questions after reading the frequently asked questions below. You can reach out via my contact form, email, or by contacting me via social media (Facebook or Instagram)

Location

The venue I would like to have my session at has a venue fee for photographers. Who is responsible for paying that fee?

Don't let a venue fee stop you from booking a session at the location of your choice, most venue fees are relatively low priced. If a venue fee is applicable, half of the fee will be added to the price of your session.

Do you have an indoor studio?

I do not have my own studio but I do have access to one. Check out my locations page and you will see a location called "The Studio". The Studio is located in Gibsonville, NC and does have a rental fee of $50/ hour. If you would like a studio session at The Studio, $25 would be added to your session total.

What to Expect

What Can I expect prior to my session?

Expect a few emails back and forth about the details of your session, discussion about any questions I may have as the photographer or concerns or ideas you may have about your session (literally anything), a link to sign your session contract and a check in about 1-2 days before your session to go over any last minute details.

What can i expect after my session is finished?

Within a few days, you will get a sneak peak of your photos on Facebook. Your full gallery will be delivered through an online gallery. Your gallery will be available to share with family and friends for up to 14 days. Once you have chosen your favorites, you will receive an email to download them straight to your computer.

What if our session is rained out?

We will reschedule as soon as my schedule and the weather allows.

Can I put my images on facebook?

Of Course! If you must crop out my logo to use as a profile picture, please make sure to tag or mention "Hali Fritz Photography" in your post. Thank you!

When will we see our proofs?

My current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks to finish editing, but sometimes sooner :). I will post sneak peaks on my Facebook page before then, so make sure you are following my page so you don't miss them! Once I am finished, your images can be viewed in an online gallery.

What time of day is best for our portraits?

The “Golden Hour” of photography is one hour after sunrise and one hour before sunset.  In other words, early mornings and late afternoons are the best times for outdoor portraits.

How long can i expect our portrait session to last?

I usually reserve 30 minutes - 1 Hour for each session, an hour and a half for maternity and engagement sessions.  Sessions may take less time or more time depending on circumstances.
